The Novi Mental Health Alliance is excited to announce Dr. Lisa Damour, New York Times best-selling author, will be speaking for the Novi community on Tuesday, May 3rd at 7pm. This event is sponsored by the Novi Community Coalition. Dr. Damour will be doing a live zoom that the whole community is invited to. In preparation for the event, they will be hosting a community read. Parents of high schoolers and other community members are invited to two book discussions in April. The book they are going to be reading is:  Under Pressure: Confronting the Epidemic of Anxiety and Stress in Girls by Dr. Lisa Damour. The book discussions will meet twice on April 11th and 25th from 6:30pm - 8:00pm to discuss the book in its entirety.
